Easy to work with. Tech came to house and we discussed points of entry we wanted to secure. Gave us a list and cost that we could pick and choose from. Due to delays in renovation, we kept changing the installation dates but Certified was essay to work with on that. On installation date, 2 techs did a great job installing everything and explaining how to use. We are very happy with the install and the team at Certified.

This company is amazing! They are very professional from the customer service department to the service department. They treat you like family and I have recommended them to everyone I know. Keep up the good work Certified!!

I have had Certified Alarm System for many years. The service has been excellent. I have had very few problems but when I did they were prompt to reply & come out to my house if necessary. I have the regular alarm system plus cameras, glass breakers, motion detectors & on my phone even when away from home so home on my phone.

They gave me exactly what I asked for.

We have been with Certified Alarm System for many years. We have always received excellent service, but the last service call was perfect! Jeremy was the service person that came out. He was extremely friendly. He explained things to us thoroughly; answering any and all questions. We would recommend this company to everyone .

I have been a Certified Alarm customer since 2006. We also have a Generac Generator from Certified. Customer Service and response has been excellent and my monthly fees are lower than I’ve heard advertised by other security/alarm companies.
