The account manager called to follow up after the job was done to make sure it was to our satisfaction and the installer Seth was incredibly patient teaching us how to use the technology. He even brought back a sign for the yard after his work was complete! Fantastic experience!

Certified alarm systems have reasonable prices. They have an amazing customer service always friendly and helpful. Anytime they've had to come out to check my system they were here fast and on time.

After changing from Certified to VIVINT it took less than a month to find out what a BIG mistake that was! I called Certified and spoke with Karen Cathey and told her what a mess I’ve got myself into. She understood gave me the same package that I had before.
