Great service and always help me understand technology.

My alarm quit working and I finally called Certified to see if they could send someone out to check it out. Chad came to my house to find that my key pad was bad and he replaced that and my alarm is back working just like new. Nice folks to deal with.

I have been with this company for 18 years and they have always called on an alarm sounding. Most of the time it is only me accidentally opening the wrong entry when the alarm is set. But that lets me know they are always monitoring my system. They also contact me when I backup battery is low so that I continue to get coverage in a power outage. Great company, very reasonable price. Would never switch, no need to.

I have been with certified alarm since 2017. Certified alarms has fast response time from installation to service. Their prices continue to be very reasonable. Thank you Grant for assistance with my upgrade

I don't usually leave reviews but the customer service experience I got from Tj was outstanding! He didn't make us feel rushed or burdensome like most kids do now days! I was hesitant about leaving my former alarm company but he answered every question my wife and I had. We certaintly feel a whole lot better now having gone with Certified since dealing with Tj. If your looking for an alarm, or even just have questions ask for him!
