I am so glad to leave this review. First of all the support staff has always been helpful and professional when I needed assistance ( David & Don). Then this morning I needed someone to come to my home because one of my camera wasn't working and then all of them stopped working. They scheduled me appointment for this week . Jeremy was ny technician this morning. He was on time and very kind and professional. He knew exactly what problems was when he reviewed everything. Jeremy reviewed everything with me and explained as he was changing things. It wonderful to be treated like your concerns are their concerns and that their focus is to fixed the problem. Thank you Jeremy for being technical correct and so professional. Give Jeremy a raise..!!!

I have been a customer for over 20 years. All of the staff I have dealt with are very friendly and helpful and quick to respond. The peace of mind that my family and property are protected by is priceless.

Quick calls for alarms and when needed service techs are sent timely

We are very pleased with Certified Alarms -- they do excellent work. The staff is very polite on the phone-- and Don, the service manager, is very quick to return calls and answer questions. We were especially pleased with our last service call with Edward. He was ON TIME and very knowledgeable and answered our questions and explained the reasoning very well. We do recommend this company and they have a great Maintenance Contract.

I've been with Certified Alarms 20 plus years. They always call immediately if my alarm goes off. That's because I accidentally open the door without turning the alarm off. They are great with customer service.
