I had used Certified when we lived in Walker a few years back. We had great service and never had problems. Because if this when we moved back to Walker we elected to use them again. Their prices were combative and the installation went great. The representative did a good job of teaching us how the system worked. So far we are pleased.

I’ve used certified for my business for 10+ years. ALWAYS easy to deal with. If I need something and call, it’s not a bunch of automated messages and whatnot. I can speak to a real person. Anytime I’ve had an alarm sound, they call within 10 seconds, every time. Even in the middle of the night, which had been the case a few times, they call immediately and send out police units. I can’t think of anything more that you can ask for honestly. Even when I want to add a detector or keypad, they have some one right out. Very easy to deal with and always very prompt and professional.
