Certified does a great job they monitor my office Southern Eye Centers and my home. They are always available when you call.

The alarm techs Branden and Jesse represented your company well today. They called when they were on the way with an approximate arrival time. The reason for the service call was a change to cellular from land line connection with the alarm. They explained everything they were going to do and walked me through the setup of the doorbell. They were courteous and respectful. I installed service in 2017 and I have been receiving excellent service since then.
