I have been with Certified Alarm for years after a terrible experience with ADT (like they didn't hook up the smoke detectors at all). I have had a great experience with Certified and am a happy customer. They are the best value in monitored services that I have found.

I have tried the other two companies and with not much success...then someone recommended Certified...been with them for about a year and had not had problems...they are as good as the rest and much less expensive.

I have been a certified customer for 8 years now. I have been satisfied with the service they provide with my security alarm system. But now I am looking for video cameras for the outside of my house. Do you have any deals for current certified customers? Because I hate to switch if I need to bundle alarm and video camera together from another company to get a better deal.

Immediately responsive when my home alarm has gone off. They always have a helpful, professional attitude, and their monthly monitoring service is very reasonably priced.

Excellent--Never have they not called, test or an actual burglary which happened to me. The door was kicked in, got the perimiter breach on my phone, a second later got call from certified. Ask if I wanted police to come and check. Said I checked all my doors the day before--said yes. Got second call about motion sensor. Asked if police was notified and she said they were 5 minutes away. They fled in a car seconds before police. Neighbor was wiped out but my alarm chased them off. Very satisfied customer.

Tommy Debetaz came out, exactly on time and was wonderful to work with. I never felt like he was trying to upsell anything and answered all of my questions. Great customer service! The techs made sure I understood how to use the product and where to look or call if I had any issues. They were extremely professional and kind, I consider myself lucky to have found there assistance with my security needs.
